Returns and credits

  • Please check your order carefully before submitting it.

  • Rediscover Solutions must be advised of any items that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied within 24 hours of receipt of goods. 

  • Credits relating to errors made by Rediscover Solutions will be promptly rectified. 

  • For credits relating to purchaser error, that involve return of stock, you can arrange your own return freight, or we can invoice you the cost of using our carrier.  All returned stock must be in fully saleable condition.

  • Any damage incurred in transit back to Rediscover Solutions due to poor packaging or otherwise, is solely the responsibility of the customer. 

Where are the free delivery areas and days of delivery?

  • Avonsleigh - Tuesday

  • Cockatoo - Tuesday

  • Clematis - Tuesday

  • Emerald - Tuesday & Thursday

  • Macclesfield - Tuesday

    Note: If close to Emerald main town - then the above days could be negotiated.

Do you deliver outside the above areas?

Not at this stage, as we are just starting out with this business. However, email us just in case we can.

Delivery services

Please advise us at the time of your order if you have special delivery instructions, including authority to leave your parcels at or near your delivery address without signature. Rediscover Solutions is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft resulting from goods being left at or near premises. We will take a photo of goods dropped off at the time of delivery; this will be made available if needed.

Do you accept Mastercard, Visa, direct deposit and cash?

Yes, please email us at torediscoversolutions@gmail.com to pay by cash or direct deposit to place your order.

Mastercard and Visa is accepted at the checkout.

Will different items become available? Yes, as we grow, we will add more items. Please email us if there is something you would like us to stock.

Nursing & Support Work Services

Who do you support?

I support NDIS participants and individuals living with disability, chronic health conditions, or complex support needs. I work with adults and older participants who are looking for reliable, respectful, and nurse-led support in their own home and community.

How is nurse-led support different from standard support work?

As a Registered Nurse, I bring strong clinical knowledge, risk awareness, and health assessment skills to support work. This means I can identify changes early, support complex health needs safely, and advocate effectively with healthcare providers — while still offering practical, everyday support that feels respectful and empowering.

Do you work with Support Coordinators and Plan Managers?

Yes. I regularly work alongside Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health professionals, and GPs to ensure supports are well-coordinated and aligned with your NDIS plan and goals.

Can you help me work towards my NDIS goals?

Absolutely. I take a person-centred approach and work with you to understand what matters most to you. Supports are planned to help you build independence, confidence, skills, and quality of life, while respecting your choices and pace.

Do you provide support in the home and in the community?

Yes. I provide supports in your home and out in the community, depending on your goals. This may include attending appointments, community activities, or supporting you to build confidence and independence outside the home.

Are you experienced with complex or high-support needs?

Yes. I have extensive experience supporting people with complex health needs, chronic conditions, and changing support requirements. My nursing background allows me to support participants safely while adapting care as needs evolve.

How do you ensure my safety and wellbeing?

Safety, dignity, and respect are central to my practice. I work within NDIS standards, professional nursing guidelines, and ethical practice. I take time to understand your needs, communicate clearly, and ensure supports are delivered in a calm, respectful, and safe manner.

Can family members be involved in my supports?

Yes, if you wish. I welcome collaboration with family members, carers, and informal supports to ensure everyone feels informed, supported, and aligned with your goals.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. You can contact me directly to have an initial conversation about your needs, goals, and NDIS plan. From there, we can discuss whether my services are the right fit for you.

Yes. I understand that needs can vary, and I aim to offer flexible support arrangements wherever possible.
