Nursing Service
Jacquie Morgan, Registered Nurse & Support Professional
I’m a Registered Nurse with over 26 years of experience supporting people across community health, hospital, and home-based care. I am currently studying nutrition. My passion is helping individuals live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own homes while working towards meaningful goals that improves people’s quality of life.
My nursing career has spanned over varying areas specialties, community nursing, oncology, clinical coordination, nursing management, infectious diseases, plastic surgery, orthopedics, cardiothoracics, wound care, chronic disease management, disability, aged care, clinical education and the most recent integrative nursing. However, in summary, I have extensive experience supporting people with complex health needs, both physical and psychosocial, and I take a calm, respectful, and person-centred approach in everything I do.
I have worked closely with NDIS participants, older adults, families, allied health professionals, GPs, and support coordinators to provide practical, reliable, and compassionate support.
As a nurse, I bring strong clinical judgement, safety awareness, and advocacy to my support work. I am highly skilled in assessing changing needs, identifying risks early, and adapting supports to ensure participants feel heard, supported, and in control of their care. I also have a strong background in education and coaching, which allows me to support participants to build independence, confidence, and skills over time.
I understand that every person’s journey is different. I take the time to listen, build genuine relationships, and tailor supports to each individual’s goals, strengths, and preferences. Whether the focus is maintaining independence, managing health conditions, increasing community participation, or simply feeling supported day to day, my aim is to provide care that is respectful, empowering, and reliable.
I am committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and person-centred services aligned with NDIS values. I believe support should not feel rushed or transactional — it should feel safe, collaborative, and built on trust.
If you’re looking for a nurse-led support provider who brings experience, compassion, and consistency, I would be honored to support you or your loved one.
